	Specializing in graphic design, web design and ad campaigns for nonprofit, business and healthcare clients, Carol Hillson has nearly two decades of professional experience creating solutions that have impact.

Carol Hillson has over 16 years professional experience providing creative solutions that make an impact. She has a broad range of skills and talents with expertise in the areas of print design, advertising, promotion and website development as well as film and video production.

Carol is highly skilled in all phases of the creative process including: campaign strategy, concept development, branding, identity, website design, multimedia, and print production.

She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design.

Carol is a cofounder and the chair of New Yorkers for a Department of Peace and a NY State Coordinator for the national campaign for a Department of Peace.

Additionally, she is a graduate of the North America Leadership Training program in Nonviolent Communication(NVC) and has been a student of Nonviolent Communication for several years, having completed more than 600 hours of training, including training in Restorative Justice Facilitation.
