	Carol Hillson has over 16 years professional experience providing art direction, graphic design, advertising and marketing solutions for nonprofit, business and healthcare clients working to create positive, social impact.

Carol is highly skilled in all phases of the creative process including: campaign strategy, concept development, branding, identity, website design, multimedia, and print production.

She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design.

Carol is a cofounder and the chair of New Yorkers for a Department of Peace and a NY State Coordinator for the national campaign for a Department of Peace.

Additionally, she is a graduate of the North America Leadership Training program in Nonviolent Communication(NVC) and has been a student of Nonviolent Communication for several years, having completed more than 600 hours of training, including training in Restorative Justice Facilitation.
